A two-time national and North American Champion, Brenna is a mom to an 8 and 9 year old.
Initially thinking that motherhood would come naturally to her like athletics, Brenna felt like she was drowning as a mom to two kids very close in age.
After years of bickering and nagging, Brenna had an epiphany that maybe parenting could be more like her career as an athlete.
Using many of the skills she learned from her sport psychologist, Brenna grew closer to her children than ever before as she set goals, used imagery and journaled about her time as a mother. She now helps coach other moms to do the same.

Kendra is a brand designer and strategist who has been running her own design studio in New York for the last 20 years. When she has had to make major shifts in her life, she realized that the technique she used was the same process that she put her branding clients through. She started by looking at other people who had achieved the things that she was looking to achieve, living a life she was looking to live, and that embodied the persona that she was looking to grow into. From there she picked from them to create her personal brand to grow into. Then she was able to reverse engineer the journey to becoming that person.
Whether it was overcoming alcoholism or finding the power to leave her damaging marriage, it allowed her to see the light and create the aligned steps to get to where she wanted to be. And the coolest thing is that it wasn't somebody that she wasn't already. It was just somebody that she had lost along the way….so it's really the journey to finding your true self. This method and technique has worked so well for her and she’s shared this with other people over the years and it's done wonders for them as well. Every single moment is a new opportunity to change our lives - we just have to make that choice and follow the path to get there.

How to step into who you want to be right now
Being ok with being messy and imperfect
Setting goals and working towards them
