In this episode of The Self Project Podcast, Bridgid shares about a life altering experience in 2008 that changed her life forever.  She endured severe traumatic brain injury following a bicycle accident.  After she awoke from a coma, she had reversed in time, as if she was three years old again and re-learning basic life skills. She had to let go of her meaningful career as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Despite the odds, Bridgid ventured forward through exploring and redefining herself in ways that provided her such miraculous healing.  In defiance of health care professionals and to the shock of her family, she began publicly sharing her astonishing story.

Bridgid is now a certified Reiki practitioner and has successfully presented, appeared on TV, radio and published in both articles and books. Her book, Discovering My Life's Purpose: From Tragedy to Triumph has also received outstanding feedback.
